WhiskerBox luxuries have been meticulously pawpicked by our Feline Lifestyle Experts.  For cats with special dietary requirements, we can substitute food and treats with non-edible items.

Please ensure you have provided us with the correct shipping information.  If the courier returns your WhiskerBox to us, we can happily re-send it to your for a small shipping fee.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order.  These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.  When your order arrives at customs either our courier, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.  Please be advise that WhiskerBox has no control over these charges.  Please contact your local customs office for further details.


To abide by international customs regulations, WhiskerBox will not include any food in international orders.  Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements.  The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.


Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.  Additionally, information about your order, shipment, and products contained therein may be communicated to our courier and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.


Attention customers in Mexico, Central America, South Africa, and Eastern Europe.  There is a possibility your box may go missing, be delayed by 1-2 months, or arrive damaged.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged international shipments.



We accept all major debit and credit cards in every country in 135+ currencies via Stripe.  

WhiskerBox orders are shipped on the 15th of the month, and arrive within 2 to 8 business days for US and Canada, and 10-21 business days for international locations.

When your box ships, we will send you an email with your package tracking number (which can also be located by logging into your account).  If your package has not arrived, let us know and we will help determine its status.

For any changes to your account, go to your "My Account" page.  You will find it at the top right of your screen.

For regular monthly subscriptions:

Send us an email before 5:00 pm EST at least 5 days before your subscription order renews and you will not be charged for the following month's WhiskerBox order. 

For example, if you purchased a monthly subscription on July 1, your order will renew on August 1.  You will need to cancel by July 27th for the cancellation to be processed before the subscription renewal occurs.
